Dr. Marek Hytha, Chief Scientist
Dr. Hytha has 20 years of research experience in condensed matter physics. He holds a Ph.D. in physics from the Charles University, Prague. Dr. Hytha has authored and co-authored numerous scientific publications and conference presentations. He specializes in both theoretical and experimental materials design. His main interests are electronic structure methods for studies of the transport, optical and magnetic properties of materials. Namely, he specializes in simulations and modeling using mostly first principles techniques rooted deeply in fundamental quantum mechanical behavior of matter. Over the past several years he has successfully applied these methods to "real world" problems, devices and materials which has led to a large portfolio of patents.


Dr. Vivek Rao, Principal Engineer
Dr. Rao has 20 years of engineering and manufacturing experience in semiconductors. He specializes in process integration, devices and yield enhancement and has extensive experience in high volume sectors including memory and logic technologies. Dr. Rao has an M.S.E.E from the University of Arizona and a Ph.D. in Material Science from the University of Arizona.
